Real estate runs deep in Alexis’ DNA. She was raised in Pleasanton by a family steeped in the industry—her father is a general contractor, and her mother is a top-producing Realtor and founder of the Venema Homes Team. Alexis began hosting open houses while still in high school, earned a degree in Economics with a minor in Political Science from the University of San Diego, and quickly moved from Client Services Coordinator to a leading sales agent on the team.

 

Born and raised in Pleasanton and a proud Amador Valley alum, Alexis is deeply rooted in the community she now serves as a top agent. Her background as a competitive swimmer and water polo player taught her grit and grace under pressure—skills she now brings to every deal. Today, she’s not only helping others find their dream homes—she’s living her own, having recently purchased her first home in Downtown Pleasanton.
