In August of 2025 my younger single brother passed away. As a result, I was saddled with administrating his Trust. Among the Items that needed to be sold was his residence in Santa Clara. As I had not been in the housing market sales for over 50 years, I was concerned of the process. I contacted Venema Homes and the sale process was started. Venema's army of experts stepped in and things began to happen within a week. Venema Homes reviewed the property and provided a list of recommendations to aide in the sale. I original was concerned but quickly realized they knew their stuff. So, I followed the recommendations. Within a month all the upgrades were completed, and an open house was scheduled. The activity was more than expected and we receive two offers, both above asking. The final price was $150,000 over asking. If you are looking to buy or sell you will Not find a more professional, well-organized team of realtor's than Venema Homes. I strongly recommend them.

The Venema team was highly professional, thoughtful, and effective. We were selling our home while living out of the area, and they made the process of selling from a distance go quite smoothly. They also skillfully managed the significant amount of work that needed to be done on our home to prepare it for sale. We highly recommend this team!
